- Be responsible for assisting the customer for installment and debugging of “Hongtai” equipments.
- Provide free technical instruction and training.
- For ordinary problems, after receiving the customers’ problem information, the seller takes measure within 48 hours; for the change of parts or call in service, the seller should prepare and arrange actively according to the buyer’s need and the repair should be finished within two weeks.
- Have special line call, fax and etc. to receive the customer’s complaints, with the support of Internet technology.
- Provide one-year warranty of the whole machine from the delivery day, lifelong maintenance, and long-term paid components.
- Provide users the list of components manufacturing company as reference.
