The double head active pay-off frame is mainly composed of pay-off frame body body, taking-off shaft, belt pulley, passing roller, inside and outside head dividing board, broken wire induction rod, etc.
Machine frame: welded by steel plate (Q235A), annealed to eliminate internal stress, then processed by precision milling machine. Frame can be fixed to ground with expansion screws.
The drum is used to pass wire or cable to the tension mechanism. Synchronizing the cable and the motor (pay-off and winder) through the tension mechanism of the pay-off and the following components: an inclined swing rod (supporting the wire wheel) is controlled by a cylinder and is completed by a pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge (output through filters and lubricators - as required by the customer). Adjust the rising speed through the cylinder limit valve to adjust the air flow of the cylinder, so as to control the rising speed of the support plate. An automatic stop device implemented by a proximity switch (when a wire or cable is broken). The motor speed is controlled by a proximity switch, a CAM sensor at the pendulum fulcrum and a logic switch in the electrical box.
The electrical control panel is mounted in the box and fixed to the machine. The window next to it ensures the air circulation and is well protected.
